Managing partner of the international law firm – Eterna Law, until 2017. He headed offices in Latvia and Germany.
Since 2013, has been taking an active part in the official foreign visits of the President of the Republic of Latvia in terms of business delegations.
Evgeniy actively consults clients from the CIS and Eastern Europe about obtaining residence permits, organizing business in the Latvian market and asset restructuring. Particulary: unfreezing funds placed in credit institutions of the Republic of Latvia.
