Valentyn received his education in Ukraine. He has been practicing law since 1993 and has
been an attorney since 1999. Since 2002, he has been the founder and head of his own law
firm.

His main specialization is supporting businesses in various fields, from startups to large
international corporations. Valentyn is an arbitrator and Deputy Head of the Kharkiv
Regional Office of the Taxpayers Association of Ukraine.

Since 2022, Valentyn has been living and working in Zurich, Switzerland.
Valentyn’s areas of practice include: developing the organizational and legal structure of a
new business “from scratch” and optimizing existing structures; conducting legal due
diligence of businesses, including prior to purchase or sale, identifying and eliminating legal
risks; developing anti-raider protection strategies (including successfully defending one of the
first joint ventures of the USSR – JV “Intersplav”); litigation and arbitration; international
contracts; corporate law; M&A transactions; and legal support for real estate operations.
