Natalia Luchkova
Natalia Luchkova is a partner with TaxTeam. She has extensive experience in international taxation and coordination and implementation of global projects. Natalia started her career with leading tax practices first in Russia and then in The Netherlands and in 2010 she set up her own practice within TaxTeam. Natalia specializes in cross-border transactions and private equity, including tax structures for implementing acquisitions, investments, and real estate development. Natalia has expertise in all major aspects of projects with financial markets.
Natalia graduated from the Moscow State University (Faculty of Law) and then after gaining experience in Russian taxation received her LL.M. degree in International Taxation from Leiden University in the Netherlands and her final research was devoted to development of the concept of abuse in tax law. Natalia is the author of a number of articles dealing with the international tax law issues and the international aspects of domestic tax law.
