Switzerland

Since 2016, Evgeny Zhilin has been living and working in Switzerland. He has 15 years of successful law practice in Russia, where he started as a paralegal and rose to the position of managing partner of a major Russian law firm. In late 2016, together with two Swiss partners, Evgeny founded QUORUS in Zurich, a unique Swiss-Russian law firm focused on supporting Russian-speaking clients.

Evgeny’s practice areas include litigation strategy development and implementation, arbitration, foreign trade contracts, corporate law, M&A transactions and restructuring of holding companies, real estate transactions, immigration issues and labor law. Moreover, QUORUS also specializes in lobbying, art consulting, family office services and support for IT companies/startups.
