Artem graduated from the National University of the Republic of Uzbekistan (named after Mirzo Ulugbek) in 2005 with a degree in International Economic Relations. In 2011, earned a law degree from the Moscow University of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation. Artem completed the Negotiation and Mediation Course at Columbia University in January 2019 and holds an LL.M. in International Business Law, Contracting, and International Relations from the ISDE Institute of Law and Economics in Madrid, Spain
