Nadezhda is a partner and practicing attorney at Orlova\Ermolenko law firm, she leads the firm’s office in Serbia, Belgrade.
Nadezhda has been operating in the field of commercial, financial and tax law since 1993. She specialises in tax structuring projects, international tax planning and due diligence, as well as large infrastructure projects. She supervises the provision of legal services to oil and gas companies.
Before relocating to Serbia, she successfully headed one of the leading law firms in the Russian Federation for over 20 years. In 2023, together with 6 other partners, Nadezhda established Orlova\Ermolenko legal firm with offices in Moscow and Belgrade. The firm now includes more than 30 lawyers in the following areas: transaction support, tax consulting, dispute resolution, currency regulation, sanctions compliance, foreign trade, labour law, and legal support for private clients.

Nadezhda is individually recommended by international legal ratings The Legal 500 EMEA, Best Lawyers, World Tax, Women in Tax Leaders; Pravo-300 (Russia); Kommersant (Russia).

Nadezhda has considerable experience in supporting investment and construction projects of major Russian and transnational corporations, litigation representation, as well as experience in legislative drafting in the area of land, town-planning and tax law.

– Tax consulting and support of IT-companies, e-commerce projects;
– Tax support of companies with business relocation;
– Tax support of M&A transactions;
– Tax consulting for private clients, including in connection with business relocation or personal relocation.

She regularly participated as an expert on Russian and international law in international commercial courts. Nadezhda acted as a tax law expert before the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) on a dispute from an EPC contract, before the International Court of Arbitration for Sport in Lausanne (CAS) on a dispute from a sports games agreement by an international sports federation.
