Alexandra Gerasimova is a Head of Practice in FBK Legal, a local-based law firm, part of the Russian audit and consulting group FBK, which is a member of Grant Thornton International Ltd. (GTIL).

Alexandra specializes in representing clients’ interests in courts in commercial, corporate, and labour disputes, including those connected with the responsibility of the managers and managing bodies.

She has experience in providing support in advisory engagements with respect to civil, corporate, currency, labour legislation and securities market regulations.

After graduation from Kutafin Moscow State Law University (MSAL), Alexandra has also received in alma mater a Ph.D. in Law. Alexandra is active in Russia and Poland in strong cooperation with other companies of the Grant Thornton network, first of all, with GT Poland.
