Anastasia obtained a qualification of a lawyer and an accountant in Moscow. She obtained a degree in business administration in Hong Kong and she studied Chinese at universities in Hong Kong and Shanghai. Currently, Anastasia is pursuing a master of laws at the University of Hong Kong.
Anastasia is working at Charltons, a Hong Kong solicitors firm with considerable experience in advising Russian companies and financial institution on Hong Kong law and regulation. Charltons recognized as the ‘Best Boutique Law Firm’ with Asian Legal Business for 2002, 2003, 2006 – 2017, 2020 and 2021. Charltons has offices in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing and Yangon.
The main direction of Anastasia’s professional activity is to promote the establishment of strong and friendly relations between Russia, China and Hong Kong within the framework of the Belt and Road Initiative. This includes providing legal assistance to Russian companies wishing to conduct business in Hong Kong, China and Myanmar, as well as listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
