Kirill Shein is a partner of LSTS Consultants, a firm based in Limassol, Cyprus, and providing full scope of corporate, consulting and auditing services. 

Kirill specializes in corporate law, international tax structuring, mergers and acquisition as well as financing transactions. 

With more than 15-years experience of working in international consulting and investment companies, Kirill heads the legal practice of LSTS Consultants from January 2019.
